Not Interested
Contains any listings the client has marked as Not Interested.
Only the client has the ability to mark properties as Not Interested and can do so from either the Matches tab or the Favorites tab.
They can also bring a property previously marked as Not Interested back into Favorites by selecting the star icon on the listing.
Map View
Allows clients to quickly locate the listings from the page of the Collection they’re on.
For clients, map view is available across all tabs of their Collection results (Matches, Favorites, and Not Interested).
Clients only see the listings from the current tab and page of results when opening the map from the Shared tab. To see more listings on the map at once, toggle the “items per page” to a higher count.
Request a Tour (in Collections)
Request a Tour allows clients that are collaborating on a Collection to request a tour without leaving the Collection on desktop and mobile devices.
How to Request a Tour
From the Active or Coming Soon listing within the collection, client selects Request a Tour. You see a banner on the listing card that says Tour Requests and the listing card appears in the Tour Requests pill of the collection.
Select the listing(s) and add them to a new or existing tour from the Collection This removes the listings from the Tour Request filter pill in the Collection.
The banner on the listing card updates to Pending Showing Confirmation or Showing Scheduled for (date) Depends on whether the showing is Pending or Confirmed in Tours.
Once confirmed in the Tour, the banner updates to indicate showing has been scheduled for the desired date.
Both you and the client have the ability to indicate the a listing has been visited using the Mark as Visited in the Collection.
Note:
Only clients can Request a Tour.
Client can also opt to Cancel a Showing Request and no notification is sent to the agent currently.
Tour Request status changes only update automatically within the Collection if the Tour where the requests were made was created from that Collection.
If a Tour Request is added and you assign the listing to a Tour, the Tour Request pill disappears from Tour Request on web and mobile.
Please Note: You can only request a showing on Active and Coming Soon Status Listings within your collection. Please reach out directly for questions on Pending listings. Thank you!
