Adam Vellano is a Sales Manager at Compass. Adam has been a Real Estate Broker
for over 20 years, prior to joining Compass, he was the West Coast Sales Manager of
BEX Realty, prior to that he was the broker and owner of Vellano Realty Group with
offices in Manalapan and Juno Beach. Adam possesses a great deal of real estate
knowledge, leadership skills, strong core values, and experience in developing new
markets. While maintaining a leadership position, Adam also values teamwork and
focuses on helping his team excel.
In addition, Adam is a Licensed Florida Real Estate Instructor and member of the
Florida REALTORS Faculty. He provides extensive training on lead conversion,
technology, social media, farming, and contract negotiation. He also serves in many
capacities at the Naples Board of Realtors, including but not limited to: 2019, 2020 &
2021 Vice President and Secretary of the Naples Board of REALTORS, Founding
member of the Water Quality Task Force, Founding member of the Nabor Helps Task
Force. Adam has also chaired the following Committees: MLS, Realtor Safety Task
Force, Technology Task Force, The Leadership Academy, and the 2017 Tech Talk.
Adam served on many committees at Florida REALTORS including Vice-Chair of the
Curriculum Sub Committee, Professional Development, Land Use, and Faculty. Adam
was named 2019 Educator Volunteer of the Year by Florida Realtors as well as many
awards at Naples Area Board of Realtors including 2020 Educator of the year and 2021
Presidents Award.
